WHAT MATERIALS DOES THE JEWELRY CONSIST OF?
Our jewelry primarily consists of solid 925 sterling silver with 18k gold plating. For specific details on the materials used in your preferred jewelry piece, please refer to the ‘SPECIFICATIONS’ section, where all relevant information will be provided.
IS THE JEWELRY NICKEL-FREE?
All of our items are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewelry, we advise handling it with care and avoiding activities that may lead to scratches. It is best to remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, and washing your hands. For further guidance on proper care, go to our Care Guide (Kan I linke til Care Guide?).
HOW DO I SEND A GIFT CARD?
Our gift cards are digital and will be delivered directly to your inbox along with instructions on how to redeem – no plastic, no waste, and no wait!

MY ORDER
HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Please email us at contact@ragbagstudio.com as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email us at contact@ragbagstudio.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. Please note that the order can not be cancelled if it has already been packed.
SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
For all locations, please allow 1-2 days for us to receive and process your order. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
The delivery time with standard shipping is as below:
· Denmark (1-2 business days)
· EU, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland (3-5 business days)
· Australia, New Zealand (3-4 business days)
· United States, Canada (3-4 business days)
· Rest of the world (8-10 business days)

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above 100 €. If you prefer faster delivery or home delivery, this is possible with alternative shipping methods. The price for this is available at checkout.
ARE TAXES AND DUTIES INCLUDED IN MY ORDER TOTAL?
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All specified prices on our web shop are including VAT and excluding shipping fees within EU. For delivery outside the EU, you may be subjected to import taxes and duties that you will be required to pay.
In the United States, all orders below 800 USD are free from import duties and taxes.
TRACKING DETAILS
Your tracking number will be sent to your email.
Sometimes, the carrier can take 1–2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to update.
That said, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us via contact@ragbagstudio.com. We're always here to help!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER
If you wish to return your order, please send us an email at contact@ragbagstudio.com. Please explain which product from your order you wish to return and make sure you include your order number in the email.
You must return your order within 14 days after receiving the order. The products must be in the same condition as received and with the original packaging. Any products that appear to have been opened and used will be refused.
When you return products, you will have to pay the returning costs yourself.
Please note that we do not accept returns through pick-up points.
Note: If you live in an EU country where DAO is the delivery company, it is not possible to return products with them as they deliver outside our opening hours.
You will receive a refund upon our investigation of the returned product(s).
If you live outside EU you need to receive a commercial invoice from us before making a return. This is required when sending back a package from outside of the EU. If you do not attach the commercial invoice as instructed, the parcel will be returned to you, and you will have to bear the extra cost related to this return.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, we can not make exchanges. We are only able to make refunds. If you wish to buy another product instead of your original order, you have to place a new order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Upon return of the products, we will refund your money when we’ve had the opportunity to investigate the returned product. Usually, credit card refunds take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
If you were gifted a RAGBAG jewelry but it isn’t what you had in mind, you can return the gift. Please note that any items or gift returns will be refunded to the same payment method/card used when placing the order.
If you have made your purchase with one of our retailers, please contact them. The retailer will then process the return in accordance with their return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns about products purchased from retailers other than ragbagstudio.com.
If you have purchased a gift and there are more than 14 days until it needs to be gifted, please let us know before placing your order. In that way we can change the right of return deadline.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECT/INCORRECT PRODUCT?
In case you have received an incorrect products or the wrong size, please contact us at contact@ragbagstudio.com and we will guide you through the procedure.
For defective or damaged product, notify us via email immediately upon receiving the package.
CAN I STOP BY THE WAREHOUSE IN AARHUS TO RETURN AN ORDER?
It is not possible to stop by our office in Aarhus. If it is an extraordinary exception please contact us at contact@ragbagstudio.com and we can make an agreement.
